Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. We need to sleep every night. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
